Whereas; the applicants/accused named above has filed bail application u/s 497 Cr. PC before this court through his advocate Mr. Khalid Khaskheli for grant of bail after arrest and after hearing I/C DDPP for state and counsel for applicants/accused, bail after arrest is granted to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs:50,000/-each, subject to furnishing surety to the satisfaction of this court with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/saccused has furnished required surety for the satisfaction of this court in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named accused forthwith, (if they are not required in any other custody case) with direction to appear before this court on 07.07.2024 at 08:30 A.M without fail.
