RELEASE ORDER
Whereas, the accused person(s) named below:-
1. Zubair S/o Mustamir
2. Azam Tariq S/o Wisal Khan
have been directed by this Court to be enlarged on bail in the above noted case subject to furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each along with executing one P.R. Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, Munir S/o Mustamir and Huzaifa S/o Wisal Khan have stood surety for the above-named accused and their surety have been provisionally accepted by this Court subject verification of DSCs from concerned authority.
Now, therefore, you are hereby directed to release the above-named accused persons in this case, if they are not required/confirmed in any other case under the intimation to this Court.
You are further directed to get executed one P.R Bond in sum of Rs.20,000/- each by the said accused before you, certify the said execution, and submit the same before this Court within two (2) days thereof along with your endorsement.
You are also required to direct the said accused persons to appear before this Court on 06-02-2024 at 08:30am without fail.
