WHEREAS, in the above noted matter advocate for accused filed bail application praying for grant of bail and upon hearing the said application, the bail application was allowed and accused was granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount.
And WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished and accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, directed to Release the accused person namely Muhammad Farooq S/o Allah Deen in the above noted case/crime after executing the P.R. bond in the said amount, if he is not required in any other case, and send back the same to this court after your endorsement within two days from the receipt hereof and direct the accused person to appear before this Court on: 11-02-2024, at 08.30 a.m. without fail.
