WHEREAS the applicant(s)/accused named Below through his counsel moved an bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C in above mentioned crime and whereas, upon hearing the said bail application this Court has granted bail with direction to applicant/accused to furnish solvent surety in sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in like amount and whereas the surety on behalf of the aforesaid applicant/accused has been furnished to this Court as required.
