RELEASE ORDER
Whereas, the accused person(s) named below:-
Rashid Ali S/o Nisar Ahmed
have been directed by this Court to be enlarged on bail in the above noted case subject to furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- along with executing one P.R. Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, Nasir Ali S/o Nisar Ahmed has stood surety for the above-named accused and his surety has been provisionally accepted by this Court subject verification of DSCs from concerned authority.
Now, therefore, you are hereby directed to release the above-named accused in this case, if he is not required/confirmed in any other case under the intimation to this Court.
You are further directed to get executed one P.R Bond in sum of Rs.10,000/- by the said accused before you, certify the said execution, and submit the same before this Court within two (2) days thereof along with your endorsement.
You are also required to direct the said accused to appear before this Court on 13-02-2024 at 08:30am without fail.
