Whereas the UTPs/accused named below has been granted bail by the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, vide order dated: 15.7.2024, in above mentioned case/crime subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/-only (fifty thousand rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court, the accused named above has furnished the required surety, which is accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named UTPs/accused in above noted case/crime forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, after obtaining signature/LTI/RTI on the personal bond, same should be returned to this Court and the UTPs/accused should be directed to attend before this Court on the date of hearing viz: 29.7.2024 at 09-00 am, without fail.
