Whereas, the below named applicants/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand by this Court to face the trial U/s 4-8 (i) SPPM & SSGM Act 2019, bail application for releasing him on bail through Mr.Irfan Ali Mahar advocate and Learned, ADPP for the state counsel Mr. Abdul Hameed Soomro appearing on behalf of state, has passed the order, and granted bail by this Court, to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- ( One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety before this court.
