              Whereas, the applicants/accused have made application u/s.497 Cr.P.C before this Court through learned counsel praying therein for grant of bail in the subject crime. After hearing the counsel for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State and cousel for complainat and perusal of the police papers, this Court has granted the bail to the accused solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (RupeesTwenty Thousands) each with P.R bonds in the like amount. with P.R bonds in the like amount.                  
          The above named applicants/accused have furnished required solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (RupeesTwenty Thousands) each with P.R bonds in the like amount.
           You are, therefore, required and authorized to release above accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other case with directions to him to appear before this Court on 09.8.2024 at 08:30 am without fail. The P.R bond of the accused is sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTI of the accused and to return of the same to this Court without fail, for record.
