WHEREAS, below named accused are facing trial in your jail in Criminal bail application No.17/2024 State Versus Saeed Ahmed Brohi and an other, for offence under section 506/2,427,337-H/2,148,149 PPC, in Crime No.31/2024 of PS Warrah, in the sum of Rs.10.000/- in word ( Ten Thousand thousand Rupees) each and P.R Bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished which has been provisionly accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime after taking his P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from accused and same be sent to this Court, while accused should be bound down to appear before this Court on 13.08.2024 at 08:30 am without fail.
