Whereas, below-mentioned UTPs/accused have been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana vide order dated: 29.07.2024 passed in Crl. Bail Application No. S-221 of 2024, in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial/this Court. And whereas, the required surety on behalf of the below-named UTPs/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
