Subject:         RELEASE WRIT IN COMPLIANCE OF ORDER PASSED BY HONOURABLE HIGH COURT OF SINDH CIRCUIT COURT 
                       LARKANA IN CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO. S-26 OF 2024, RE- RAJA VERSUS THE STATE.

                       WHEREAS, the accused Raja son of Arjan Mal by caste Oad was convicted by the Court of learned Civil Judge and J.M Tangwani in the above noted case/crime for imprisonment of R.I for one year and to pay fine of Rs:10,000/- and in case of default in payment of fine, the accused shall undergo SI for period of one month more vide Judgment dated: 23-04-2024.
                      The accused Raja son of Arjan Mal by caste Oad has filed Criminal appeal No. 07/2024, Re- Raja versus The State before this Court same was dismissed vide Judgment dated: 04.05.2024.
                       Thereafter, the accused Raja son of Arjan Mal by caste Oad has filed Criminal Revision Application No. S-26/2024, Re- Raja versus The State before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana and the same was dismissed vide Order dated: 07.08.2024, with modification that the sentence awarded to the appellant is reduced to One which he has already undergone including fine amount. (Copy of Order enclosed herewith).
                     You are, therefore, required to release the convicted accused namely Raja son of Arjan Mal by caste Oad in the above noted case/crime, in compliance with the Order passed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, (if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime).
