WHEREAS, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Karamullah son of Dost Muhammad by caste Marfani Chandio by caste Gopang, vide B.A order dated 23.12.2023 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1639/2023 Re-Karamullah Marfani Chandio V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 402,399,324,353,148,149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.77/2023 of Police Station Sijawal, in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before concerned Court.
