Whereas, the accused named below have been granted bail in Criminal bail application No.03/2024 State Versus Hadi Bux and an other for offence under section 353,186,224,225,506/2,504,147,148,149 PPC, in Crime No.09/2024 of PS Warah in the sum of Rs.10.000/- each in word (ten thousand) and P.R Bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named accused have been been furnished which has been provisionly accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime after taking his P.R bond.
