Whereas, this court has has been granted bail to the applicant/accused namely; Mst. Dadli w/o Haji by caste Jamali, vide order dated 15.08.2024 in below mentioned Criminal Bail Application No.1033/2024, re Mst. Dadli Jamali Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s: 302, 458, 337Hii & 34-PPC, vide Crime No. 132/2024 of PS A Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs.100,000/ (Rupees One Lac).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused Lady forthwith, if She is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
