Whereas, the above named applicants/accused who were sent to your custody under the remand warrant of this Court to face the pending trial Under Section 9 (i) B CNS Act before this Court presented an application for releasing them on bail in person and where Mr Izhar Ali Malghani Advocate and whereupon hearing Mr. Khan Muhammad Kanrani I/C DPP Jacobabad appearing on behalf of the state this court has ordered that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/-(One Lac ) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above named accused has furnished the required surety before this Court.
You are, hereby required to release forthwith above named applicants/accused from your custody, if he is not required to be detained in any other case after executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:100,000/- for their appearance before the this Court without fail and certify execution of this writ within two days after its receipt.
