Whereas: Accused named above was booked in bailable offences and their bail was admitted vide remand order No.811/2024, dated: 23.07.2024 and they were remanded in jail custody for want of surety. Now accused persons have furnished required surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/= each.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, (if they are not required in any other custody case), with direction to appear before this court on 26-08-2024 at 08:30 AM, as matter is fixed for hearing. P.R bond of accused shall be returned to this court after obtaining LTI/Signature of accused.
