Whereas, this court has has been granted bail to the applicant/accused namely; Riaz s/o Ahmed by caste Chandio, vide order dated 23.08.2024 in below mentioned Bail Application No. 1131/2024, re Riaz Chandio Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s: 24-SAA 2013 , vide Crime No. 77/2024 of PS Sijawal in the sum of Rs.50,000/ (Rupees One Lac).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
