RELEASE ORDER
WHEREAS, the applicant/accused namely MUHAMMAD ARSHAD SIDIQUE @ DOCTOR WAQAS S/O ABDUL AHAD SIDIQUE , through his/her advocate moved bail applicant praying for release on bail.
AND WHEREAS upon hearing the bail application this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant in the sum of Rs.50,000/- With one solvent surety and P.R in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant/accused has been furnished in the Court as required.
Now you the Superintendent, Central Prison, Karachi are hereby required to release the said applicant accused namely MUHAMMAD ARSHAD SIDIQUE @ DOCTOR WAQAS S/O ABDUL AHAD SIDIQUE , forthwith (if he is not required in any other custody case) after causing a personal recognizance in the sum of Rs.20,000/- to be executed by the said applicant/accused separately before you the Superintendent, Central Prison, Karachi and to certify the execution of writ by endorsement on it back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof.
You are required to direct the applicant/accused to appear before this Court on 12-02-2024 at 8:30 am without fail.
