Whereas, The Advocate for applicant/accused has filed bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, for grant of bailin above crime and this Court after hearing the Advocate for Applicant/accused, ADPP for State, has granted bail to the above named accused, vide order Dated 05.09.2024, subject to furnishin solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,00/= (Rupees Twenty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety with P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court which .
You are, therfore, hereby directed and authrized to release the blow named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case by any Court. Accused be directed to appear before this Court on 15.09.2024 at 8.30 am. The P.R bond is enclosed herewith, the same be returned to this Court, after obtaining signature/LTI of blow named accused, as soon as possible, for record.
