Whereas, the applicants/accused have made application u/s.497 Cr.P.C before this Court through learned counsel praying therein for grant of bail in the subject crime. After hearing the advocate for applicants/accused, learned ADPP for the state and perusal of the police papers, this Court has granted the bail to the accused solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with P.R bonds in the like amount.
The above named applicants/accused have furnished required solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each with P.R bonds in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required and authorized to release above accused persons forthwith, if they are not required in any other case with directions to them to appear before this Court on 15.02.2024 at 08:30 am without fail. The P.R bond of all accused persons are sent herewith for obtaining the signature/LTIs of the accused persons and to return of the same to this Court without fail, for record.
