Whereas, this court has has been granted bail to the applicant/accused namely; Shahmad Ali s/o Muhammad Nawaz by caste Bhutto, vide order dated 25.09.2024 in Cr. Bail Application No. 1323/2024, re Shahmad Ali Bhutto Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s:- 462-I PPC, vide Crime No. 62/2024 of PS Sijawal in the sum of Rs. 50,000/ (Rupees Fifity Thousands).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused forthwith, if they are is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
