WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case/crime No.50/2024 U/S 398,401 & 34 PPC of PS Nagarparkar and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
