Reference:    Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana Judgment dated: 01.01.2025, passed in Crl. Appeal No. S-72 of 2024, Vide                                endorsment No: 149/LCC/Cr. Appeal. No. S-72/2024, Larkana, Dated: 04th January, 2025. 

                     Whereas, below named convicted/accused was sent to you along with conviction warrant & conviction slip of this Court, vide this office letter No: 330/2024, dated: 03.08.2024. The said accused had preferred criminal Appeal No: S-72/2024, before the Court of Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana against the Judgment dated: 25.07.2024, passed by this Court. The said appeal has been disposed of by the Court of Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, which is allowed by Honorable  Court, Vide Judgment dated: 01.01.2025, where by the sentence of imprisonment awarded to the appellant is reduce to one, which he has already undergone with fine of Rs. 02 Lacs and it included the imprisonment, which he is likely to u ndergo on account of his default in payment of fine, in the above noted case/crime.
                    You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named convicted/accused in the below detailed cae/crime forthwith, (if he is not required in any other custody case/crime).
