WHEREAS, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Ramzan @ Munawar son of Muharram by caste Wako, vide B.A order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.282/2024 Re-Ramzan @ Munawar Wako V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 324,34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.112/2023 of Police Station Waggan, in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand) and PR bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
