Whereas a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C has filed by the advocate on behalf of applicant/accused before this court for grant of bail after arrest. After hearing this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused subject to furnishing surety of Rs.25,000/-.
You are, therefore, hereby, directed to release the below named accused forthwith in above mentioned crime if he is not required in any other custody case and crime, after acceptance of Surety Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for appearance before this court on 09.03.2024 at 08:30 A.M. and continue to appear as further directed to him and return this writ duly executed to this court within 03 days after receipt whereof.
