Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 04.03.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Muhammad Rafique S/o Ghulam Rasool Lakho, in Crl.B.A No.306/2024, in Re- Muhammad Rafique Lakho Versus The State, for offence U/S 376-(i), 511 PPC, Crime No.41/2024 of P.S Kamber city, in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the applicant/accused Muhammad Rafique S/o Ghulam Rasool Lakho in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after taking his P.R bond.
