Whereas, the bail of UTP/accused namely Abdul Raheem @ Sajjan son of Wali Mohammad Jalbnai has been granted by this Court in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousands only) and PR bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court in connection with Sessions Case No.392/2023 Re- State versus Abdul Raheem @ Sajjan by Caste Jalbani, bearing Crime No.67/2023 for offence under section 24-SAA-2013 of Police Station Miro Khan, as the such Sessions Case was ordered to be kept in abeyance by this Court vide order dated:16-03-2024. You are, therefore directed to release the above named UTP/accused forthwith in this case after proper verification if he not required in any other custody case/crime and he shall be bound down to appear before this Court as and when required.
